                 Dr.Abash Parida teaches and writes on sociology and development studies. He has, since 2013 written many articles published in journals, papers and in seminars. He illustrates and lectures on the contemporary social issues. He has earned his PhD from Utkal University, India. Among other qualifications, he has completed PGDBM and SAP in Human Resource.  Dr. Parida specialized in Research, Gender studies and Rural Development. He has worked in many national and international Universities as Faculty in Sociology. He has five years of experience in industries also. He is an aspiring scholar for Post-Doc Fellowship. He is a member in International Sociological Association, Spain, a member in Ethiopian Society of Sociologists, Social Workers and Anthropologists (ESSSWA), Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and also a member in Rural Sociological Society, USA. Among other achievements, he is the chief editor of Premasila Publications and editor member in International Journal Of Research And Innovation in Applied Science, USA. Apart from that he is also an Editor in International Journal of Social Science and Economic Environment, India and also a reviewer in Academic Journals Athens Institute For Education and Research, Athens, Greece.
